Sports Medicine and Rehab

When a sports related injury occurs, it's our job to get you back in the game as soon as possible, whether you're a weekend warrior, a college athlete or a sports professional. The Florida Hospital Celebration Health (FHCH) Sports Medicine Physical Therapy Center is here to return you to your peak performance -mentally, physically and spiritually.

Through its specialized programs, our team of experienced physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and athletic trainers will work closely with you to develop a customized plan that will rebuild your strength and agility in a systematic, effective program that gets results.

The FHCH Sports Medicine Physical Therapy Center is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

 

Our programs include:

  • Development of individualized pre-operative, post-operative, and non-operative rehabilitation and conditioning programs
  • Evaluation, consultation and performance-enhancement recommendations for athletes of all levels
  • Community outreach and education programs to assist with injury
  • Clinical site for Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program
  • Close collaboration with the Celebration Fitness Center to transition you from rehabilitation to wellness
